The challenge

City of Cape Town audit compliance failures on an outdated ThemeForest template with security flaws and accessibility barriers.

What we did

Built a clean custom site incorporating an accessibility toolbar (Readabler) for municipal compliance.

Hand-drawn vector street-by-street OBSID boundary map.

Built a public Parklet booking system (BookingPress) and custom WhatsApp registration engine.

Developed a WhatsApp Member Registration System allowing residents to update property, vehicle, and contact data with administrative search.
